Welcome to human→ai→human

If you’re curious about what happens when AI meets creative work, you’ve probably run into some version of the same questions.

Is AI going to replace what I do?
Should I be using it?
Where’s the line between tool and authorship?

For the past few years, I’ve been speaking, writing, and giving public sessions on creative AI, its real uses, its limits, and its tensions with cinema, storytelling, and authorship. Each time, it leads to productive disagreements, good questions, and sometimes real unease, especially when the technology seems to move faster than our ability to absorb what it means.

This blog is where I think out loud about what actually happens when generative AI enters creative work. It’s also a place to point people to when they want to read more, instead of responding to every comment separately.

A lot of this also comes from practice, from using these tools in real client work, inside actual production pipelines, with deadlines, constraints, and expectations that leave very little room for theory alone.

I’ll be writing not just about AI discourse, but about methods, experiments, failures, and what actually holds up in professional creative workflows.
